Refund policy
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@flavorsbyf.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue if applicable.
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We do not offer refunds for taste preference, change of mind, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or carrier delays after the order has shipped.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
